Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for storage and accessibility of information on the user devices using Cookies, in fulfillment of services provided electronically by Webber & Saar sp. z o.o. based in Wroclaw and requested by the user.

I. Definitions

1. Administrator – Webber & Saar sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław (50-079), ul. Ruska 11/12, inscribed into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna, VI Division under KRS number 0000362613, NIP: 897-176-50-34, Regon: 021 290 438, which provides services by electronic means as well as stores and accesses the information in the user devices

2. Cookies – computer data, in particular small text files saved and stored on the user devices through which the user uses the web service.

3. Administrator Cookies – Cookies published by the Administrator, related to the provision of services provided by electronic means by the Administrator through the Website.

4. External Cookies – Cookies posted by Administrator’s partners, through the website of the Service.

5. Service – a website or mobile application, under which the administrator runs a website operating in the domain www.webbersaar.com.

6. Device – an electronic device through which the user accesses the Service.

II. Types of Cookies used.

1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the user devices. In particular, it is not possible to get viruses into the user devices or other unwanted software or malware. These files allow us to identify the software used by the user and adapt Service to each individual User.
